Do you have a phone number? Yes all guests who book with us are provided with our phone number. Please refer to the booking confirmation we sent you by email.
Are you wheelchair accessible? We are fully accessible for wheelchair users including toilet facilities.
Can I bring my baby/child with me? Unfortunately we are not licensed to have any under 18’s onsite after 5pm. Before this they are very welcome.
Do you have high chairs? Yes, we do have some highchairs available, you can request this when making a reservation in the Special Request box or ask one of our Maître D’s on arrival.
Can I bring a Birthday Cake with me? Yes, but please let us know in advance! We don’t allow any other food or beverages to be consumed onsite – But we make an exception for Birthday Cake!
Can I bring a dog with me? Unfortunately, we don’t allow any dogs onsite. If you have a guidance dog, please contact us.
Can I bring my own champagne/drinks or food with me? We don’t allow any external food or drinks to be consumed onsite. We also don’t allow any food or drinks that have been purchased onsite to be taken off site.
Do your restaurants cater for gluten/dairy intolerances/allergies? Yes, but please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy as we will need to check with the restaurants if they are able to cater for this.
If it’s raining will my table be covered? Yes, all pre-reserved tables are covered, unless requested when you made your reservation.
Can I pre-order drinks? We take pre-orders for amounts over £100, please contact the reservation team to find out more.
Can I run a tab? We can run tabs but this needs to be pre-arranged. Please contact our reservations team.
What is the dress code? We are fairly relaxed, you can come as smart or as casual as you like.
Someone in my party will arrive after our reservation time, is this ok? We ask that your party arrives within 30 minutes of your booking time, if you have one or two people who might be a little later please contact the reservation team and they will try their best to accommodate this.
Are you open on Mondays and Tuesdays? Pergola on the Roof does not open on Monday and Tuesdays. Pergola Paddington Central is open on Monday and Tuesdays but we don’t take reservations on these days.
You are fully booked on my requested date, can I go on a reserve list? Yes, we quite often receive cancellations so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for Pergola on the Roof and email@example.com for Pergola Paddington Central and we will add you to the reserve list. Alternatively we have walk in tables available on a first come first serve basis.
Can I book a day bed for a party of 13 or less? Unfortunately the day beds can only be booked for a party of 13 or more.
There are only two of us, do we need to book? We only take reservations for a minimum of 4 people, however we do keep space back for walk in guests and we will do our best to seat you.
Can we extend our lunch time booking into the evening? We don’t generally allow for this as the demand is so high. Please feel free to email the reservations team and if there is availability they will adjust this for you. Alternatively our Maître D’s can look into this on the day for you.
Can we hire either venue exclusively? Yes! If you would like to know more please email the reservations team who will be able to help you.
I have lost something at Pergola, who do I contact? Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for Pergola on the Roof and email@example.com for Pergola Paddington Central to see if we have found you lost item
Do you have a cloakroom? Unfortunately not, we hope that the sun will be shining so you won’t need to bring coats!
I have a suitcase/bike with me, do you have somewhere I can store this somewhere during my visit? Unfortunately we don’t have anywhere to store large items.
Can I bring my child’s pushchair/buggy with me? Yes, but please try and let us know in advance and we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it.
Can I smoke on site? Yes, we have a designated smoking areas at both sites
Do accept Credit Card / AMEX? Yes we accept Cash and Cards, Including AMEX.
Do you play music? Yes we have background/atmospheric music playing at Pergola on the Roof and at Pergola Paddington Central, music plays a more prominent role.
Can I park onsite? Unfortunatly we don’t have any parking available to our guests.
Do you serve Halal Meat? No, but we have a good selection of vegetarian dishes as an alternative.
How do I find you? Please refer to our “how to get to us” page, there are downloadable maps and directions.
What happens when I arrive? Please find your way to the Maître D station and they will direct you to your table and be on hand to help you with any other requirements.
Do you have waiters/waitresses? No, all of the restaurants/bars are self service.
Can I wear heels or suede shoes? We have some stoned areas which may be tricky to walk on if wearing heels. This stoned area may also create a dust which will potentially stain suede shoes.
How many do your day beds seat? Our party day beds are a designated space for larger parties (from 13 people) they are larger spaces so you and your guests have room to sit/mingle/stand. If you book for up to 24 people you will be given one day bed. These can be booked at Pergola on the Roof. The day beds at Pergola Paddington Central are available on a first come first serve basis and are not available to reserve
What time is last service? We stop serving food and drinks at 10.30pm (9pm on Sundays) we require that all guests are offsite by 11pm (9.30pm on Sundays)
Where shall I ask for my Taxi to Drop me/pick me up from at Pergola on the Roof? You can be dropped outside Pergola on the Roof, Wood Lane. Out of respect to our neighbors we ask that no taxi Drops offs/pickups are made from Macfarlane Road.
