We have prepared an array of London’s greatest restaurants to take over the 4 restaurant kiosks at Pergola on the Roof. These guys have designed bespoke menus for us, with dishes available exclusively on the roof. All the kiosks are self-service so regardless of how large or small your party size is, you’re able to eat from different places and please all tastes, yet share the same table and experience. This makes for great group style eating, as well as being ideal for families, kids and smaller parties.

From seafood platters, crab and fresh fish to burgers, tacos and sizzling bbq’s - all priced at no more than £15 per dish and starting from £6, we have made sure affordability is a key part of these menus. For information on the restaurants appearing for summer 2017 please see below:


Patty & Bun believe in quality of produce, selecting their ingredients from British suppliers wherever possible. The beef is free range, the buns are made to a bespoke recipe, and everything in between is lovingly produced in their Hackney-based kitchen. They’ve built up a reputation in London as ‘burger royalty’, currently having 7 shops around London and a whole host of events under their belt.

8 Hoxton Square, from the brilliant team behind Soho’s 10 Greek Street, Cameron Emirali & Luke Wilson – are joining us on the roof this summer. Their menu uses the best of what is in season, whilst striving to deliver a casual and neighbourly ambiance. Emirali’s cooking often draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, expect their food to be fresh, tasty and healthy. Come and enjoy a satisfying lunch at the weekend or a long and leisurely dinner on the roof.



London seafood restaurant group Bonnie Gull is to launch a spin-off brand called Salt ‘n’ Sauce (S’n’S) at Pergola on the Roof this summer. S’n’S will be a fast-casual model loosely based on the iconic British chippy. The offering will include Bonnie Gull’s famous take on fish and chips (ranked by The Times as one of the best in Britain), Salt ’n’ Pepper squid with compressed watermelon and a fresh crab roll with tempura claw.  Plus don’t miss their ‘whippy’ ice-cream cone complete with chocolate flake.



Breddos food is influenced by the hundreds of roadside taquerias and restaurants they encountered on their travels throughout America and Mexico, whilst utilising the best of British produce from passionate producers such as Phillp Warren and Son and Wild Harbour in Cornwall.
