Five of London’s greatest restaurants are coming to Pergola Paddington Central this winter! We have prepared an array of London’s greatest restaurants to take over the 5 restaurant kiosks at Paddington Central. These guys have designed bespoke menus for us, with dishes available exclusively at Pergola. All the kiosks are self-service so regardless of how large or small your party size is, you’re able to eat from different places and please all tastes, yet share the same table and experience. This makes for great group style eating, as well as being ideal for families, kids and smaller parties.

From ramen, squid ink, Mexican tacos, Asian inspired bagels, burgers and the best pizza outside of Naples - all priced at no more than £15 per dish and starting from £6, we have made sure affordability is a key part of these menus. Patty & Bun believe in quality of produce, selecting their ingredients from British suppliers wherever possible. The beef is free range, the buns are made to a bespoke recipe, and everything in between is lovingly produced in their Hackney-based kitchen. They’ve built up a reputation in London as ‘burger royalty’, currently having 7 shops around London and a whole host of events under their belt’.



Imagine a Mexicana mama moved to New York and decided life wasn’t half bad, so she started to mix up her delish Mexican comfort food with some modern US influences. There you have DF/MEXICO. Founded by the taco Queen herself, Thomasina Miers, DF will be bringing the flavours & vibes from their Shoreditch & Fitzrovia venues to Pergola on the Roof this Summer.



Made of Dough set out to make the best pizza and have a laugh. Two years on and 100,000 pizzas later, they have done just that .They started out by travelling the length of the country, taking a wood fire mobile pizza oven in the back of a Land Rover to festivals, selling unforgettable pizza to party goers. This has expanded to their current homes; a pizza kiosk in Brixton and a new permanent pizza joint in Peckham. We’re delighted they’re joining us at Pergola Paddington Central for the winter!



Ken Yamada and Emma Reynolds have been serving contemporary ramen in the heart of London since they opened their first restaurant in Soho in 2013. They make their own noodles, broth and bases daily, paying homage to the traditional ramen cooking techniques.
